I hate they keep making people live, she attempted assassination of a prince. Also alot of this series wouldnt have happened if the beta cuck mc just offed tye 4th prince at the start like he had the chance to

Spoken like a true edgelord. You can’t just kill her off because, there’s no “actual” proof of an assassination attempt. Another thing she *has* family that does love her and thus a war would start in spite of it being an internal affair. Third, it would most likely bring down the wrath of the king and then what? Murder the king too? Murder the country until no one disagrees? How many corpses would you have to pile up before it was enough? Finally, Margret is *his* mother not Wilfred’s. So I’m not sure how murdering Wilfred would have solved any of this. Death has consequences in real life and if the author is actually good at writing then death needs to have consequences in the story. You can kill off the “disposable pawns” but, it takes a lot more planning to get rid of any masterminds because of fallout.
