For the first part, i think she is Lina, sister of Soma.
And there is a possibility “Nii- san” here would be Kurt or even Evil God because in the last part the woman told there is “Goddes”
The “woke up” girl say in first part maybe same with in the chapter when Soma going to school where Lina say “why do i wake up” the first time we know Lina has dual personalities. Or maybe wake up here is the resurrection of Goddes.
