    Although I though it was fishy from day 1, does nobody wonder where are the kings of other countries? They should have been back a few days ago, but no one talked about them.

      The other kings are at the front line base and it probably takes a while to go from there all the way back to the castle. The Demonic continent has probably already been connected to their continent for a certain amount of time which is preventing the kings from returning and only just now has a messenger been able to reach the castle to inform them that the kings have been held up.

    So looks likes Julia is going to join Sirius’ group and at least Reus has mentioned to her that he already has two lovers while Julia seems fine with being number 3. Also I’m pretty sure Reus mentioned to Marina about Noir and also wrote a letter to Noir telling her about Marina and neither seemed to mind Reus having multiple lovers so they probably wouldn’t mind Julia also joining. On another note, Reus better watch out that that one yuri maid doesn’t go all yandere.

    Also seems like Karen is turning into a real ladykiller in her own right. Is Hina the second or third potential harem member of Karen?

    Anyways seems Hina and that one elf will be traveling with Sirius’ group for a while. I guess they’ll take Hina back to Karen’s village. I don’t know what they’re gonna do with the elf though. They said she’s lost her mind and is nothing more than a puppet who can’t even eat unless ordered by Lambda. It might be best to give her a mercy killing unless Sirius’ Shishou can cure her.

    I’m just waiting for when Marina will meet Julia that’ll be entertaining although I’m pretty sure the focus for the next few chapters will be the battle with the multiple demons appearing from the demon continent

    Alright folks place your bets whose gonna get pregnant next
    In my opinion it’ll probably be no one for a while or at least till after fia gives birth

    But then again….. nope nvm ignore that I wa gonna say something about one of Reus harem getting pregnant but that is definitely not gonna happen since noir is still a child
    Marina is still gonna be helping her brother and there’s a chance Julia will travel With them but with how this girl has no knowledge about romance pregnancy is a definite not for a very long time

    Thanks for the chapter. Julia is a battle maniac airhead and I like this character. Reus is going to have a hard time. I knew that a giant size monster army was coming to attack the moment the villains escape. Looking forward to the battle.

    About the whole marrying into another house, it’s not completely limited to the Orient. It’s not simply about the family name, but also involves things like inheritance rights and the like. In male-dominated noble societies, a male marrying into their wives family would mean taking her place in the line of succession for inheriting her house. At the same time, whether wife or husband, you virtually give up your inheritance rights to your own house when marrying into another family. A man marrying into his wife’s family was mostly limited to cases where that family had no other heir. But in Reus’s case, he would be marrying “upwards” socially, which most would usually desirable, or rather, it would be unlikely for a country’s princess to marry “downwards” to this extent. Historically, royalty basically only married other royalty. Even if that wasn’t the case, their marriages would only be to higher-ranking nobles, and usually as first wives or something like that. The talk was basically asking Julia: “Are you okay with abandoning your rights and status as a princess (for the sake of your love)? Or are you planning to have Reus become royalty, and accept all the responsibilities and restrictions that come with it (in order to keep the lifestyle you’re accustomed to)?”

    Can refer Japanese marriage culture here. I’m not really familiar with the culture other than the married couple will inherit whose family name. Maybe there are some other perks, but unfortunately, I’m not so sure. <- It's basically just that, but it's just that japanese people put more emphasis on the surname than on blood: it does not matter if it's marrying into a family or being adopted, as long as you carry the surname, the "bloodline" continues (on the other hand, ance a surname stops being passed down, the "bloodline" is regarded as extinguished).
